Blueberry Superfood Smoothie
Be sure to try this delicious, super quick and easy recipe! It’s perfect for breakfast, post-workout or anytime you need a nutritious pick-me-up.
1 cup organic fresh blueberries
1/2 a ripe organic avocado
1 scoop organic vanilla protein powder
1 cup organic spinach
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (I used the refrigerated kind)
1 T honey (less if you don’t like really sweet)
Optional: sprinkle with hemp hearts or chia seeds
Instructions: Combine all in a blender and blend until smooth.
