LeAnn Lane’s Summer Guacamole Recipe

2 1/2 medium ripe Uncle Matt’s Florida avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped (I like to use purple onions for the color)
1 clove of minced garlic
A little bit of cilantro (not too much, maybe 1 sprig finely chopped)
2 or 3 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
A dash of lemon or lime juice (1 wedge)
Salt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste.

Note from the recipe provider: I really like to add packets of Taco Bell Fire Sauce or a combination of Louisiana Hot Sauce’s jalapeno and regular hot sauce. I make mine pretty spicy.
